I bought a 787 DreamTumbler which worked very well for 7 months. I called Customer Care to see how to fix the tumbler hoping they would send a part or two. After one test and two emails I received an entirely new in the box tumbler within two days. SmartReloader and Helvetica stood behind their product 100%. Makes you feel smart when you can still find and deal with companies like them.

I Purchased a 747 Jumbo Tumbler to use to de-rust and polish small items. It worked great until it didn't. I was really disappointed, 1st because it did such a great job, and second, was I now out my $ as well. Sent an e-mail and a copy of my receipt to Smartreloader and waited for a runaround. Next e-mail I received was to let me know that an entirely new unit was on its way. Showed up 2 days later. This shows that there are still companies that stand behind their products. You can buy from Smartreloader with confidence.

Great company and service! I bought an SR750 scale and was loving how it works, but after a month or so it zeroed properly at 50G but was way off at 10G. I sent an support request at Smartreloader.com, received a reply requesting confirmation of purchase in less than 8 hours. I emailed confirmation, and received the replacement scale in 2 days. You cannot ask for better support than that! Thanks SR and Helvetica Trading!

Had a problem with an SBP press. Emailed SmartReloader about it, and the folks there had a replacement in my hands within a few days. In a day and age where decent customer service is hard to come by, it was great to see them stand behind the product and get my problem solved quickly.

I purchased a SmartReloader Case Conditioning Kit from Natchez Shooters Supplies. The small Primer Pocket Uniformer was staked too shallow. I talked to Natchez and rather than send the entire kit back for exchange I thought I'd contact SmartReloader / Helvetica first to see if they could help with just the defective part. I sent an email advising of my problem and received a prompt reply advising that a replacement would be shipped. In less than a week from original contact, I had the replacement. That's excellent customer service.

I also purchased some ammo boxes and I'm very happy with the quality and price of both the boxes and the case kit tools. With good quality items and great customer support, I see SmartReloader positioned to gain market share.

Mechanical products are just that, MECHANICAL! Regardless of how or where they are made, something can go wrong. The only thing that is important when something goes wrong is, how the company that makes it, backs it up! Well, my Dreanm Tumbler, crapped out on me yesterday. I e-mailed Smart Reloder and here we are, first thing Monday morning.....I get an e-mail that they are sorry and are sending a replacement. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOU GUYS MADE ME A LIFELONG CUSTOMER! I will always look to Smart Reloader for my shooting needs!

I purchased a pair of electronic earmuffs (the type that cancel loud noise). They arrived and I immediately noticed that from the first moment I turned them on that they had a buzzing noise in them that was constant and simply would not go away. I notified the people at SmartReloader in Italy and they immediately forwarded my info to the US office (The web address on the package was the Italy site) and in just a matter of days, they had a new pair out to me! All I had to do was send a copy of my receipt. That is simply a sign of a class act! Thanks again SmartReloader!

Purchased a SR750 Powder Scale. Love both the accuracy and the ease of use. Had an issue with not reading one particular weight I used freqently. Called the help desk, we run a little troubleshooting and figured it needed replaced. No hassle just #$@%! good service. thanks

I'm a competitive target shooter. I reload a lot of ammunition. I want accuracy and speed. I bought the iSD to have two accurate powder loaders going at at once. It was an unknown and a risk yet really cheap. I now think the iSD is fantastic. It's a lot cheaper than the RCBS Chargemaster (which is also good and I also have one of these). The iSD holds it's own very well in comparison. It weighs out powder charges quickly with consistently good accuracy. The 100V/220V auto switching power supply is great. This keeps the costs down even further as it's 240V in Australia. Normally vendors charge more for the 240V power supply. Just need a US to AU plug convertor. (Cheap on eBay). At one point the iSD was over running the powder weight. Two solutions were. 1) I lifted the front of the unit. Gravity did the rest. 2) I adjusted the iSD speed with instructions from SmartReloader.

The SR679 BLACK GRANIT REST is the best front rest that I have seen ,and a great product!!!!! I shoot bench rest. I am VERY pleased with the rest!!!!

I purchased a SR787 Dream Tumbler and it worked like a dream for about a month. Like all machines, there is always the possibility of something breaking dowm. This is what happend to me and I contacted Helvetica Trading Usa with my problem. They were very understanding and without question sent me a replacement. With service like this, they come highly recommended by me. Larry

I recently purchased an Omega 800 press through Grafs. I am very pleased with the sturdy cast steel construction. However one of the toggle link pieces had a casting flaw in it. I contacted Grafs about this and was put in touch with Smart Reloader. When I explained my problem to Enrico at Smart Reloader he quickly sent me the replacement parts. High marks to Smart Reloader for prompt and courteous customer service!

Just bought the 787 tumbler. Wasn't quite sure, because I'd never heard of the company, but the price was right. I'd previously been using Frankford Arsenal tumblers, replacing them every couple years. This tumbler is far and away better...whereas it used to take all night to tumble a load, the 787 takes about an hour and a half. The tumbling action is phenomenal, the cases jump around inside. This also means you'll have to change media more often (it turns it into dust!), but a small price to pay for the time savings. After a small initial problem, and writing the company, the new tumbler was at my door within a couple days. Any reservations I had about the new company are completely dismissed.
